I'm excited to launch CREATIVE BOOTCAMP - a new photography workshop series designed to push your creative spirit.

Over the past three years I have held a number of workshops across North America and the world that have been designed with a 50% classroom, 50% practical split. This one is going to be a little different. How will it be different? Rather than focusing on classroom training, this one is going to be split into four main components:

For each component, I'll lead with a "live" discussion and demo, giving real-time insights into what I would do photographing various subjects, and then will turn it over to the class to photographic, with support, themselves. So instead of one main shooting component per day, there will be two distinct shooting components (totalling four over the two days). In short, it will be the most hands-on workshop I've ever taught.

Unlike my past workshops which focused heavily on outdoor shooting, this workshop will be held primarily indoors. However, don't think of it as just a thing for studio photographers: the setting will be unique and will offer a diversity of shooting opportunities.

After we have covered the four main components over the two days, the final fun component will be an editing section, followed by an image critique.

If you've ever wanted a creative kick-in-the-butt....come join me!

Registration and Cost:

Cost for the two-day "CREATIVE BOOTCAMP" workshop : $579 + tax/fees ($609.22)

To sign up: registration done online via Eventbrite only. Please follow the above links and register directly on the Eventbrite page; spots must be paid in full online to be considered registered.

Please note that workshop spots are non-refundable, but are transferable if you cannot attend (which means if you're able to find someone to take your spot, this is acceptable).

Hope to see you there!

What do I need to bring?

This workshop is going to revolve around lighting, and often participants like to bring their own gear that they are comfortable with, but I will have plenty of equipment to use if you don't have your own. Not a lighting expert? Don't fret. Have had many lighting newbies come to my workshops and I think they always leave feeling that they've learned a lot. Having a laptop available for day two is definitely recommended but not an absolute requirement.

PS - Please help spread the word - I really appreciate it.
